Mike Powers settled in the Principality over sixty years ago and is today a Monegasque citizen. That length of residence is not a credential we invented for a website — it is the reason a seller who has told nobody else tells us, and the reason we can say what a building is really like to live in rather than what its brochure says.

Born in the USA and settled in the Principality for over sixty years, Mike is a well-known figure in Monaco and now a Monegasque citizen. After a career marked by many successes he returned to his first passion, real estate, founding Powers Properties and building it on an extensive network and a reputation for trust. He also serves on the board of several associations, among them Monaco USA and the Monaco Ambassadors Club.
