The use of this website, published by Powers Solutions SURL. They are separate from any mandate or engagement letter you sign with the agency and do not replace it. Browsing this site creates no agency relationship and no obligation to pay a fee.
What the site is
A window on what we have and what we do. There are no visitor accounts, no logins, no saved favourites, no online booking and no payments. The forms send us a message and nothing more: submitting one is not a reservation, an offer, or acceptance of anything, and no property is held or withdrawn as a result.
Listings and the figures on them
Prices are stated and transacted in euro. Any other currency shown is a display conversion, refreshed daily and approximate — the euro figure is the only one that counts. Areas are in m². Descriptions, photographs, floor plans and maps are indicative and form no part of any contract. Availability, price and terms may change without notice. A location is shown precisely only where the owner has agreed to publish it at that precision; otherwise the indication is approximate, and no map here is a survey or a boundary plan. Properties handled off-market do not appear on this site at all.
Fees
Agency fees in Monaco follow the tariff set by the Chambre Immobilière Monégasque and are the same wherever you go. The rates are published on our Services page. Anything payable beyond the tariff — and there is not normally anything — is set out in writing before you commit to it. When fees fall due is set out in the mandate you sign, not here.
Acceptable use
Please do not scrape the site, extract listings in bulk, frame or republish our descriptions and photography, or attempt to work around the limits on our enquiry forms. The forms are for genuine enquiries; they are rate-limited, and abuse simply gets blocked.
Other people’s services
Where this site links to WhatsApp, to a mapping service or to any other site, that service is outside our control and governed by its own terms. We choose what we link to, but we do not answer for it.
Changes, and the law that applies
We may change this site and these terms; the date at the top tells you when they last moved. The law applicable to these terms and the courts competent to hear a dispute are being confirmed with our lawyer, and will be stated here rather than assumed.
