Powers Solutions SURL is the data controller for everything described here. Monaco is not a member of the European Union, so the GDPR does not govern this company; the applicable law is Loi n° 1.565 du 3 décembre 2024, implemented by Ordonnance Souveraine n° 11.327 du 10 juillet 2025. The supervisory authority is the Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles (APDP), which succeeded the CCIN. Write to info@powerssolutionssurl.com about anything on this page.
What we collect, and when
Only what you type into a form. This site has no visitor accounts, no logins and no favourites, and it does not profile you as you browse. Four forms exist:
- An enquiry
- Your name, email and message, and the processing consent. Your telephone is optional. We also record what the enquiry is about — buying, selling, renting, letting, a valuation or something else — the reference of any property you came from, the page you sent it from, the language you were reading in, and the version of the consent wording you were shown.
- A valuation request
- The same contact details, plus what you tell us about the property: its type, district, area in m², number of rooms and condition.
- An off-market brief
- Your name and email, and the criteria you give us so we can tell you when something fits.
- The newsletter
- Your email address and the marketing consent, and nothing else.
The two consent boxes are not the same box
One lets us handle your enquiry and reply to it. The other lets us send you marketing. They are asked separately and recorded separately, and ticking the first never implies the second — our marketing system only ever receives a contact whose marketing consent is explicitly granted. We store which version of the consent wording you were shown, so we can say what you actually agreed to. Withdraw either at any time by writing to us; unsubscribing from an email takes one click.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is stored in our own system, on a server in France, and read by the two people named on this site. Beyond that, four services are involved and no others:
- Email delivery
- Resend carries our acknowledgement to you and our notification to us. It handles your name, your email address and your message.
- Marketing email
- Mailchimp, and only for contacts who explicitly granted marketing consent. If you did not tick that box, your details are never sent there.
- Maps
- Google, on the two pages that show an interactive map. Loading it sends your browser’s request — and therefore your IP address — to Google. Maps on property pages and in brochures are images made on our own servers, so those pages send Google nothing.
- Hosting
- Hostinger, which operates the server. It does not read your enquiry.

Identity documents
Estate agents in Monaco are subject to anti-money-laundering obligations under Loi n° 1.362 du 3 août 2009, art. 1er, 10°. If you become a client we will therefore need identity documents. They are never collected through this website. When we do hold them they are encrypted, and every time one is opened or downloaded that access is recorded against the person who did it — a control we operate on ourselves, not a log we can switch off. The retention period the law imposes is stated below once confirmed.

How long we keep it
Two different clocks apply, and we would rather say so than print a single reassuring number. Records we must keep for anti-money-laundering purposes are governed by a statutory period. Everything else — a website enquiry that never became anything — is ours to decide, and we are setting that period with our lawyer now. Until both are fixed we are not going to state a figure we might have to correct. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you.

Your rights
Under Monegasque law you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to what we do with it. Write to info@powerssolutionssurl.com and we will answer. Where a legal obligation requires us to keep something — anti-money-laundering records in particular — that obligation may limit what we can delete, and we will tell you plainly if that applies to you. The precise rights and the procedure for exercising them are set out in Loi n° 1.565 and its implementing ordinance; we are confirming the article references with our lawyer before citing them here. You may also complain to the APDP.
